This non-profit organization will conduct personality assessments for high school graduates and students of all ages that are trying to find their unique place and career in this life. We are all uniquely designed for something specific. Myers-Briggs developed the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator based on Carl Jung's work on personality. Our nonprofit matches a learner with education that best suits the natural desires of each learner. We will guide and monitor the student through the college process, from researching and matching the student with the college or university that best suits the student's needs. We will partner with educational and organizational institutions across the world to ensure that the passion of the student and employee matches the culture of the educational institution and or employer. These connections will create a learning and work environment where the student/employee no longer needs to be encouraged, motivated or coached into performance as the individual will be so thoroughly matched, rendering motivational expenses mute/void. A world of perfectly matched learners and employees will save educators and organizations money in training and culture cohesion.

This is only the beginning though, this educational consultant firm will design and develop a dynamic website that can serve as a assessment tool and communication for the learner with their individual success coach, we will create a database of the best universities for each program, and a database of employers that receive the best employee scores through systems such as glass door and others. We will thoroughly research educators and employers to ensure the best match is found for learners. When we match a learner with educators and careers, every aspect of environment and educational style will be thoroughly researched and vetted. We seek to revolutionize the education system in this country and around the world. Businesses spends billions annually on employee motivation programs because they hired a resume and not an individual that is educated in a vocation specifically designed for them. Success University Inc. is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in Ohio through community support and outreach programs. We believe in empowering those in need and fostering a spirit of collaboration and compassion. The Hocking Hills Craft Show provides a platform for artist to come together and connect people with passion. The Hocking Hills Craft Show is held three times a year on a family farm in the heart of the Hocking Hills of Ohio. Come support local artists, businesses and experience the wonders of nature.

Success University is creating a troubled youth, intervention camp and event center. Many of today’s minority and underserved youth in Ohio, have no resources to learn the value or life, how to care for themselves, plan for their future, find education, find a vocation, care for a home, set goals, or have an opportunity to see the value of good nutrition and food sources. 

Success University Inc. will create a structured program camp to address these gaps in our community. The Event center and camp will be constructed in a rural setting to allow attendees to see a working farm, learn the arts of growing and tending/caring for animals, engage in various outdoor activities and events. The Target location is in the Hocking Hills of Ohio close to Logan, Ohio. 

The 25 to 50 acre track (property) will be home to an event center, an amphitheater, two 30 occupant dorms, two bath houses, a cafeteria, gymnasium, a horse barn, a cattle barn, a woodshop, and various other animal housing/pins. During a three-week camp, the attendees will be introduced to various natural sciences, and skills. The program will be regimented to create life preparation and engagement skills. 

The camp will be staffed with various social services trained staff to oversee the mental progression and engagement of all camp attendees. The Camp will also be staffed by individuals trained/educated in natural sciences as well as future farmers of America. During the camp program the attendees will learn how to structure their day, the value of responsibility, green sciences, and a trust partnership with a big brother, big sister, or life coach.
